Unin is an innovative platform designed to streamline the hiring process for both candidates and employers by enabling candidates to be discovered with just a single application. Aimed at reducing time wasted in the job search process, Unin allows candidates to match with suitable job opportunities without the need for repeated applications. After creating an account on the platform, candidates can upload their resumes in PDF format, which is sufficient for joining the system. Resumes can be uploaded with a character limit of 2,000 to 6,500 and a file size limit of 5 MB. Additionally, candidates can enrich their profiles by adding details such as job location, work preferences, job type, and salary expectations. There is also the option to set profiles as private or public, but managing preferences requires subscribing to the paid version for a monthly fee of 2 euros.
For employers, Unin offers a three-stage filtering system that enables them to quickly and efficiently find the right candidates. By defining job titles and using keyword tags to determine candidate qualifications, employers can identify suitable candidates. Additionally, the platform’s context filter allows for the identification of potential candidates who may fit the job description even if they do not match the specified job titles. Advanced filtering options, such as location, work preferences, job type, and salary expectations, further facilitate the search for the right candidates. Employers are required to pay a monthly fee of 19 euros to actively utilize the platform’s features.
Launched in October, Unin restricts the visibility of resumes to employers within the platform, providing candidates with a targeted job search experience. However, the platform’s relatively small user base poses a disadvantage. To fulfill its mission of simplifying the hiring process and saving time, Unin needs to expand its reach and enhance its in-app features.
