Framer secures $100M series D, valuation hits $2 billion

Framer, the no-code website building platform, has raised $100 million in its Series D funding round. The investment, led by existing backers Meritech and Atomico, has boosted the company’s valuation to $2 billion.

With over 500,000 monthly users, Framer allows anyone to design and manage professional-grade websites without technical expertise, thanks to its intuitive drag-and-drop and visual-first tools. The platform serves not only individual creators but also major enterprise clients such as Mira, Perplexity, and Scale AI.

Framer co-founder and CEO Koen Bok outlined the company’s next priorities:
“With this investment, we’re doubling down on enterprise growth and AI-driven solutions. Our vision is to enable every company to confidently run their entire website on Framer.”

Moving beyond static landing pages, Framer offers dynamic websites that teams can update with ease. The company has also introduced analytics tools and enterprise-grade security features, aiming to become the central platform for managing entire corporate web domains.

Founded in Amsterdam by Koen Bok and Jorn Van Dijk, the duo previously sold their design studio to Facebook in 2011. Today, they brand Framer as “the most designer-loved website builder,” promising to deliver sites that truly stand out.

Framer has increasingly shifted its focus toward enterprise customers over the past year. Following the launch of its business plans late last year, most of the company’s new users now come from corporate clients.

This B2B growth is reflected in its financial performance. Framer announced that it has reached $50 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and is on track to surpass $100 million next year. CEO Bok also noted that the company has been profitable (break-even) since last year.
